This is Me

Hosted ByJana Lee Macheca

My idea is to bring on guests as the show develops and share our experiences to help others find a path through the daily madness that life throws our way. We'll discuss navigating toxic situations, self reflection, and healing through past traumas, as well as finding healthy ways to set boundaries and what they really mean. Hopefully, it will help you find your own ways of living authentically ❤️
I hope you'll join me for this, and I hope you'll get something out of it. Whatever else may come from it.... this is me.

Each episode will have a subject, and tonight’s is Self Awareness. It’s one of the biggest pieces of the puzzle in my opinion….

All Episodes

This Is Me Ep 5 with Mike Usenick

Usually an entertainer extraordinaire, on this episode comedian and podcaster Mike Usenick takes a more serious turn to talk about life behind the laughs

This Is Me Ep. 4 with Craig Hecth

Singer/songwriter Craig Hecth joins tonight’s episode in a first one-on-one conversation between the two. Breaking down stereotypes, and talking second chances, tonight’s conversation should prove to be valuable for those who feel like the world is too much

This Is Me Ep.3 w/ JT Christein

JT Christein is a metal vocalist, podcaster and mental health advocate who has faced physical health struggles along with his mental health. Tonight we dive into his musical outlets, his outlook on life, and how he’s found his way through the madness.

This Is Me Ep.2 W/ Silhouette Death

Every love story becomes a tragedy if you wait long enough… One of the subjects we’ll be touching on in this episode is Love and Loss. Sometimes what feels like the end creates a new beginning, and my guest tonight has recreated himself from the tragedy.

This Is Me Ep 1: Know Thyself

Slightly tongue-in-cheek title, but if the podcast is going to be about mental health, then we should start with talking about basics, and having self awareness is one of the big ones. There’s several roads to get there, so maybe what I’ve learned will help.
