Starting the month of March on Artists Uncovered we have a whole new selection of music from all over the world. There are so many artists submitting information to us that it would be impossible to cover it all. These are submissions to First Angel Media that may not be getting a full article or feature, but we’re dedicated to getting as much music to you as we can, so this is your chance to find new favorite bands and information on their latest releases. Check out the links, preorders and more below.
Cleveland based rock band Guy Snowdon & The Citizens released their Harry Nilsson tribute video for “Early In The Morning” January 15th. Alternative metal band Zero Theorem released their album The Killing II on January 22nd. Dark pop powerhouse RIVALS is set to release their album Sad Looks Pretty on Me on March 19th via Smartpunk Records. And stoner metal/southern rock band from Brazil StormSons released their music video for “The Heaven’s Envy” January 21st, with a new album planned for this year.
From Inverse Records comes electronic/industrial artist Julian Faith with his single “Sorrow Wing” on January 25th (video here). Pittsburgh hard rockers Silk9 dropped their latest single “Tear Me Down” on January 29th through Curtain Call Records (video here). Finnish pioneers of progressive rock Minutian will release their upcoming album Magical Thinking on March 12th with Inverse Records. South African djent band Pyjama Planet released their music video for “Storm The Gates” from their upcoming album Madjenta on February 5th.
South African metalcore heavyweights Riddlebreak released their 4-track EP Architeuthis on January 29th. Also from South Africa comes overdrive rockers Fourth Son South with their February 5th music video release for “Positive” (link here). We’ve got one more release from S.A., flash rock band Marene with their February 19th EP Something’s Out There. And rock band Emperors & Angels, working in coordination with Curtain Call Records for their self-titled album, recently released their video for “Signal The Brave“.
Puerto Rican heavy metal Nocion released their latest album Beyond The Shadows at the end of last year with Curtain Call Records. Planeetta 9 released their latest single “Pirun piiska” (The Devil’s Whip) January 28th through Inverse Records. Finnish heavy stoner rock band Stone Mammoth released their self titled album Stone Mammoth February 12th with Inverse Records. And finally Endicott, NY hard rock DramaScream released their video for “Turn” on February 17th from their album In Your Mind.
