It is going to be the weekend of 4th of July coming up, and due to holiday celebrations, the events will be on the lighter side, but still should be able to find something fun to do.

Starting us off on Friday June 30th, there will be an album release show happening at Preserving Records in New Kensington, PA. There will be album releases from Facewreck, Power of Fear and NEVER ENDING GAME and they will be celebrating their new albums with the help of Gridiron and Pain Clinic. Show starts at 6pm and tickets are $20 in advance or $25 at the door. You can purchase advance tickets here.

Also on Friday June 30th, we will have Egomyth and Take Me With You at Voodoo Brewing Company in Homestead, PA. A relaxing evening of live music, it will start at 6pm and there is no cover to worry about.

Then on Friday June 30th, Louie Castle Trio will be happening at Smiling Moose in Pittsburgh, PA. Trio of bands such as The Subnormals, 13occult, and Mourning Sounds. It will start at 9pm and admission is $10. Come support some local music!

In addition on Friday June 30th, STRANGEWAYS presents Killing Moon 80s Darkwave Dance Party at Mixtape in Pittsburgh, PA. A night of nostalgia full of goth hits you know and love. It will start at 9pm and tickets are $7 in advance or $10 at the door. You can acquire advanced tickets here. It will start at 9pm and admission is $10.

On Saturday July 1st, The Altered Egos and Three Card Monte are playing at Bridge Music Bar in Pittsburgh, PA. It will start rocking at 8pm and admission is $10. Soul

Also on Saturday July 1st, Title Town Soul and Funk Party will return to Spirit in Lawrenceville, PA. A hot night of soulful grooves and disco bangers to dance your heart out to. The night gets started at 9pm and admission is $7 before 10pm, $10 after.

In addition on July 1st, Blacklist Entertainment is hosting Requiem: 7 Year Edition at Cattivo in Lawrenceville. Celebrating 7 years of being in existence and taking it back to where it all began. Expect the same goth hits you know and love, and dance with your fellow tribe! It starts at 9pm and admission is $6.
