June is going to be a very huge month event wise, and it is not hesitating in showing that for the first weekend of the month, It is going to get super crazy so hope you are ready.

Starting us off, on Thursday June 1st, it will be a triple threat of thrash at Green Beacon Gallery in Greensburgh, PA. You can headbang to brutal breakdowns from Ommnus, Rituals of Insanity, and more. Doors open at 6:30pm and admission is $12 or pay what you can.

On Friday June 2nd, Strike True will be hosting their 2nd Annual Barbecue at Green Beacon Gallery. Along with food, there will be an open skate as well as performances from FUBAR, Sneaky Heat Missiles, The Book Club, Rocky Dennis Face, and Kemical Kemileon. They will be firing up the grill at 4pm, just bring some food to share and enjoy a day out in the sun with some great people.

Also on Friday June 2nd, Eerie Siren Productions presents a diverse night of music at Voodoo Brewery Company in Erie, PA. The bands playing will be Storms Within, Mala Sangre, Tear From Grace, and Lords of the Highway. It starts at 7pm and there is no cover, so just come and enjoy the bands!

Saturday June 3rd and Sunday June 4th, Strike True and Karens will be bringing you the ultimate punk/metal festival PISROCK FEST 2023 at Green Beacon Gallery in Greensburg, PA. On Saturday June 3rd, Steel City Destroyers is holding Coldcuts Fest 4 at Millvale Riverfront Park in Millvale, PA. There be vendors, flash tattoos, raffles and more, As well as 8 amazing bands waiting to throw down for you. It starts at 12pm and admission is $12 in advance or $15 day of, Go to the Steel City Destroyer page for details on how to obtain advance tickets as well as the list of the bands and any other info you would need.

Also on Saturday June 3rd, The Dark Parlour presents Charming Disaster in York, PA. If you enjoy goth folk music with a bit of macabre humor, then you won’t want to miss this. It starts at 5pm, and there is no cover.

In addition on Saturday June 3rd, It will be a Slaughter at the Sanctuary at The Sanctuary in Vandergrift, PA. Be prepared for brutality with bands such as Intimidation Display, 72 Legions, Horrid Ordeal, and Shattered Soul. Doors open at 6pm and your admission into the slaughterhouse is $10.

Then on Saturday June 3rd, Dread Metal Productions is hosting the Hootenanny TickeytParty at Philly On The Rocks in Erie, PA. This will be event where bands from the Hootenanny will gather and sell tickets for that event. The twist is the bands performing will not be at the Hootenanny so this will give them a chance to showcase their talents and offer support. The bands you can expect to see will be Less Than Expected, JC Nickles, Matthew Morton, and The Merrick Strain. Doors open at 7 and its free to attend.

As well on Saturday June 3rd, Title Town Soul and Funk Party will be within the hall of Spirit in Lawrenceville, PA. Get ready for a packed night full of soul, funk, disco and more. This night will be a tribute to the memory of Tina Turner as we mourn the loss of a legend. Come dance the night away, it starts at 9pm and admission is $10.

That’s not all as on Saturday June 3rd, Blacklist Entertainment is once again bringing you Requiem at Cattivo in Lawrenceville, PA. You can expect the usual selection of goth/industrial/darkwave and more. A fun night full of friend and dancing to your favorite hits. It starts at 9pm and admission is $6.

On Sunday June 4th, Heavy Metal Parking Lot Market will be at a new location RE 360 LLC in Allentown, PA. There will be over 40 vendors and it will an indoor market but dogs are still welcome. It starts up at 11am and it is free to attend. Come out, enjoy some good metal, and find some cool stuff to buy!
