Starting us off on Thursday April 6th, Strike True presents Dead Hour Noise, Constant Hell, and Design the Curse are playing at Green Beacon Gallery in Greensburg, PA. It starts at 7pm, and admission is $10. Come out and be ready to rock!
Also on Thursday April 6th, there will a live Ska filled show at the Funhouse at Mr Smalls in Millvale, PA. Get ready to skank it up to The Sneaky Heat Missiles, Inco Fido, and The Scofflaws. Doors open at 7pm, and tickets are $15 in advance or $18 at the door. You can purchase advance tickets here.
On Friday April 7th, Some Die Nameless is hosting Jared’s Birthday Show at 222 Ormsby in Pittsburgh, PA>. The bands joining in the celebrations will be Crooked Cobras, Latecomer, Ghost Road, and Diechotomy. It starts at 7pm, and no admission is known, so bring some cash with you just in case.
Also on Friday April 7th, STRANGEWAYS presents Soft Girls From Another Planet Indie Dance Party at Mixtape in Pittsburgh, PA. It is a night dedicated to 21st century indie female/femme folk/pop/rock for you to dance to. It starts at 9pm and advance tickets are $10 or you can get them at the door. On Saturday April 8th, come to the Sub Alpine Madness Sub Benefit at Sub Alpine in Turtle Creek, PA to help raise money to keep the venue alive. There will be 11 bands, a raffle basket, merch, and just everyone coming together for a good cause. It starts at 2pm and admission is $15. You can also donate to the Gofundme.
Also on Saturday April 8th, STRANGEWAYS is hosting Record-Rama Vinyl Pop-Up at Belvdere’s Ultra Dive in Lawrenceville, PA. There will be over a thousand vinyl records for sale, and you can buy, sell, or trade as well. It starts at 5pm and admission is $5. Buy some good music and then stick around to dance some!
In addition on Saturday April 8th, there’s going to be a wild punk show at 222 Ormsby in Pittsburgh, PA. There will be performances from Flamingo Nosebleed, The Renfields, The Scratch N’ Sniffs, and The Burnrides. It starts at 7pm, and admission is not listed, so bring some money and come out to support some good punk music.
Then on Saturday April 8th, Strike True presents a rock/punk show at Green Beacon Gallery in Greensburg, PA. It will feature Mr. Cl1t and The Pink Cigarettes, Grin Hound, The Spectres, and Anxiety at Best. It starts at 7pm, and admission is $15.
Following that on Saturday April 8th, Dread Metal Productions is hosting a huge metal show at Philly on The Rocks in Erie, PA. Looking to get the crowd rocking will be Requiem for Oblivion, Joe Nameless, Titrate The Terror, 15 Walls, and Souls Collapse. Doors open at 7pm and admission is $6.
Saturday April 8th, STRANGEWAYS brings you Discotech 80s Disco + Electrofunk Dance Party at Belvedere’s Ultra Dive in Lawrenceville, PA. Dance your butt off to early ‘8os retro-dance tracks that imagined the not-too-distant future, and bring some friends along with you. Or make new friends while you are at it. The night starts at 9pm and admission is $7 before 10pm and $10 after.
Finally on Saturday April 8th, Evolution returns to Cattivo in Lawrenceville for their monthly goth dance event featuring goth, industrial, new wave, and more! It starts at 9:30pm and admission is $6.
