We have not quite at full steam yet event wise, but we still got some things happening. Just appetizers to sate your hunger before the full on concert season begins. Let’s check to see what is going on.

Starting us off on Thursday January 19th, Axel Fest I is taking place at Funhouse at Mr. Smalls in Millvale, PA. It an event to honor the life of Axel Markel who known as a musician and music lover. The bands helping honor him will be Tempered, Lylyth, UNDERSTATEMENT, Catatoneya, Cutting Ties, and Uzkost. Doors open at 6pm, and admission is $15 which all proceeds will be donated to Axel’s family as well as helping prevent suicides. This sounds like the right place to band together to show solidarity for a fallen brother of arms.

On Saturday January 21st, Come help celebrate at Steffy’s Blowout Birthday Bash at The Smiling Mouse in Pittsburgh, PA. Who is Steffy? Find out with some of her good friends Royal Honey, Thirteen Bends, Neostem, Prime 8, and The Molecule Party. Doors open at 7pm, and admission is $10.

Also on Saturday January 21st, come enjoy an evening of live music at Winter Music Soiree at 222 Ormsby in Pittsburgh, PA. The bands on this will be Inco Fido, The Downstrokes, Deth Cat is her name, and Garage League. It starts at 7:30PM and admission is $5.

In addition, on Saturday January 21st, Second Skin is coming to Brillobox in Pittsburgh, PA for their first dance night of 2023. You will get yourself a smorgasbord of underground and osbcure hits to lose your mind to. Goth/Industrial and everything in between. It starts at 9pm and admission is $7.

Then on Saturday January 21st, Blacklist Entertainment returns to Cattivo in Lawrenceville, PA for Synthetic. The guest DJs for this one are going to blow your mind. We have both DJ Hiem and DJ Lilith Lavey joining forces, and there is only destruction in their wake. If you are a fan of the industrial, go not pass go, do not collect $200, go straight here. It starts at 930pm, and admission is $6.
