So this will be an interesting edition of Creature Feature. We are my favorite number 69 and this is the weekend of Friday the 13th. Here is what to expect to happen!
Starting us off, on Friday January 13th, Sarah Halter, Doors in the Labyrinth, and Hemlock for Socrates will be playing at Government Center in Pittsburgh, PA. This should be spooky, ragey, and dancey, and the perfect Friday the 13th fun! It starts at 7pm, and admission is $10.
Also on Friday January 13th, Storms Within will be hosting an album release show for their debut album Minds of the Wicked at Sandbar Drafthouse in Erie, PA. Joining in the fun will be Joe Nameless, Gelatin Skeleton, Detroit Red, and Massive Denial. Doors open at 5pm, and the best part is there is no cover!
In addition, on Friday January 13th, come down for killer jams at 222 Ormsby in Pittsburgh, PA. The bands playing will be Anti-Corn League, The Bleepy Things, Catatoneya, and Tastefull. Doors open at 6:30PM, and admission is $10. Come on down for a fun times!
Then on Friday January 13th, Black Ridge and FUBAR will be playing at Moondog’s Pub in Pittsburgh, PA. Doors open at 7pm, and admission is $7. A fun high energy night you won’t want to miss!
On Saturday January 14th, Fall of Babylon will be celebrating with an album release show for their debut album War on the Existent at the Funhouse at Mr Smalls in Millvale, PA. Helping them out will be Trainwrecked, Vulgar Mephitis, and Victims of Contagion. Doors open at 5:30pm and tickets are $20. You can purchase the tickets here. This will be a brutal one!!
Also on Saturday January 14th, Spank Byte, Modern Fossils, Drowning in Violet, Happy Endings, and Stabscotch will all be playing at Smiling Moose in Pittsburgh, PA. It starts at 9pm, and tickets are $12 in advance or $15 at the door. Hit up the bands for advance tickets and plan for one heck of a time!
Then on Saturday January 14th, Evolution comes to Cattivo in Lawrenceville, PA for their first gothic dance night of 2023. Featuring the best in goth, industrial and more! It starts at 9:30PM and admission is $6.
