About the Author
Jana Lee Macheca (aka Lady Jaye) is the owner and editor of First Angel Media as well as professional photographer and writer. Having worked in national and local levels of music media her goal is to provide professional coverage for bands of all levels.

JD Wolf PARS782

JD Wolf is a one man solo project based in Pittsburgh, PA by Jason Barna. It was born out of the desire to finally get my music out there after being sick of failed bands thanks to others lack of drive and ambition. I am a self taught musician that plays everything you hear in JD Wolf although I am primarily a guitarist and singer. I’ve been playing since I was 13 years old, and I’m 41 now.

Over those years I’ve been in various bands such as Karma Kast and April’s Fool/Steel Mana (the latter being with Ian Hemi). After years of go no where bands I decided to do everything myself just so I could actually get my music heard. JD Wolf officially started up in 2021 with my first 2 releases being in 2022. I am currently working on my album “No Signal” which will hopefully be finished by Fall of 2025.
