Artists Uncovered : February 22

This week on Artists Uncovered we’ve got a whole new batch of music coming your way. There are so many artists submitting information to us that it would be impossible to cover it all. These are submissions to First Angel Media that may not be getting a full article or feature, but we’re dedicated to getting as much music to you as we can, so this is your chance to find new favorite bands and information on their latest releases. Check out the links, preorders and more below.

Progressive heavy metal band Mastord from Finland released their second album, To Whom Bow Even The Trees on February 19th through Inverse Records. Philly symphonic death metal outfit Seraph in Travail is set to self release their third album A Black Death Incense on March 19th. Kristian Montgomery and the Winterkill band, with their unique blend of rock, alternative and country have the album Prince of Poverty scheduled to release on March 5th. And Spencer Sutherland released his music video for “Bored” off his most recent album Indigo on January 15th. (below)

Australian alternative metal trio Canyon has their upcoming release Static planned for release on May 21st. Texas rockers Holy Death Trio released their latest single “The Killer” on January 22nd. Up next is Texas based rock band Core, under Silverstone Records recently released their single for “Save Me“, and check out their official video for “Killing Me“. North Carolina metal Haymaker released the music video for “Grizzly Fight” on January 8th on Curtain Call Records (seen below).

Los Angeles based heavy metal band Attack Of The Rising recently announced their new album Game Changer will be released in late spring 2021 via Weapon Records, and you can find their most recent music video for “Opus Xhere. Mechanicsburg, PA based hard rockers Defiant released their latest music video for “Wendy” on January 1st (shown below) off their album The Defiant-EP from Curtain Call Records. Estonian metal band Goresoerd released their latest video single “Lein” (shown here) on January 20th from Inverse Records. And Varicella, an Industrial-Metal band from Philadelphia, PA on Machine Man Records released “Thieves” (Ministry Cover ft. Ghoulie Julie) on January 20th as well.

Voodoo Moonshine, a “bluesy groove rock band” with Curtain Call Records, recently put out their latest single “Locked and Loaded“. (video shown below) Pittsburgh native acoustic singer/songwriter Sam Stucky released his EP Joelle on January 8th.  Finnish esoteric electronic band Aryokal released their single “Vexilla” January 21st with Inverse Records, with more to come later this year.  And finally solo dark rock project Drift Into Black has their upcoming album Patterns of Light due out on April 23rd.
